  I'm surprised that you acknowledge flip-flop teachings (their biggest Achilles heel in my opinion) but did you know that the Watchtower goes so far as to deny them?

  They are either ignorant of Contradiction or blatantly and dishonestly put it aside. In either case, the spirit direction their governing body is getting is clearly not the same as the one to which it lays claim.

  What a sad testament to the society's dictatorship and hold it has over people. Of the some 70,000 victims who annually make their way out of its clutches it seems that more often than not they are still feeling guilt from having left their perception of so-called truth.
  You and I and many on this forum have come to the conclusion that truth does not necessarily set one free. More it seems it's the unfettered realization of all that man-made dogma that we were spoon fed.

  Thanks to modern computer technology we now realize that watchtower teachings are rich with contradictions. google the online essay entitled The Great Watchtower Contradiction.

  as a jw you are taught to accept a black-and-white worldview that portrays people as either submissive sheep or rebellious goats.

  you could be classified as either a sheep or dangerous wolf in sheep's clothing.. although it is good to be teachable and gentle in our human affairs, adopting the mental attitude of being a helpless, submissive, unquestioning sheep is not a desirable human trait at all.

  in fact, it can be downright dangerous.. although the linked article below is mostly aimed for blokes the principles are equally applicable to everyone.. don't fall victim to group-think phenomenon such as 'the bystander effect' and 'normalcy bias'.
